Questions, answered
Metairie outdoor living FAQs
What if access to the backyard is limited?
Mention access restrictions when you contact CoverWorks and include photographs of the route to the project area. Access and the existing structure are useful details for planning an estimate.
How can I describe a narrow or irregular patio?
Provide approximate dimensions and photos from multiple angles, including nearby doors and boundaries. Identify the area you want covered or screened rather than assuming the entire yard is part of the project.
Should I include existing gutters and roof edges in the photos?
Yes. Show the home connection and nearby roof details along with the patio. These help communicate the existing conditions for a custom enclosure discussion without assuming how drainage or attachment will be designed.
What does CoverWorks build?
CoverWorks lists custom pool enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers, pergolas, carports, and structural aluminum systems among its services.
Are CoverWorks enclosures custom?
Yes. The existing site describes custom aluminum enclosures designed and built around the home.
What areas does CoverWorks serve?
CoverWorks describes its service area as Louisiana and the Gulf South.
